Join us at the Lyaness x Maker’s Mark hub this London Cocktail Month. Budding bourbon connoisseurs will get to enjoy limited-edition serve, the Sour Honey Spritz, created by head bartender Will Meredith, featuring Lyaness’ signature cooks approach to ingredients, with an intricate mix of Maker’s Mark bourbon, apple ‘sherry’, sour blackberry and Vegan Honey, topped with bubbles.

Industry pals – we’ve got lots in store for you too! We’ve teamed up with Maker’s Mark to create a community space that’s focused around great food, delicious cocktails, wellness and mental health. Tending to you, the bartenders – Lyaness will be open every Monday from 12 – 4pm, and there will be heaps of activities happening throughout the hotel so be sure to head over to the London Cocktail Month website to check out the full list!
