We’re bringing some extra fun to your Sunday, with the return of our much loved Sunday Lyan, in collaboration with Fever Tree.
Sunday Lyan for the year are live! In collaboration with Fever Tree tonic, and designed to work with our friends and super inspiring people on new ideas, exciting products and the gems of our industry, these are nights to try something very different, a preview of ideas and flavours to come, or something necessarily small batch! Join us from 5pm onwards on the selected dates for a night of unique cocktails – the team will be creating a one-off menu for that night only – hip hop music and a team of talented bar professionals. We hope to see you for a taster!
Sunday Lyan x Askival
Founded in 2019, Askival rum is a blend of local water and 5-year-old Caribbean rums, infused with wild botanicals foraged and inspired by the Isle of Rùm rich history. Chef Craig Grozier, one of Askival Directors, believes in the importance of creative innovation and the use of meticulous technique, always inspired by the local wild foraged produce, and he applied the same ethos in the development of Askival, creating a unique, botanical rum.
Join us for a botanical education (and some Lyan-fun) with Askival at Lyaness on Sunday 15 August from 5pm
Sunday Lyan x Bench
Started out in 2018 as a side project for Jack & Ronnie, ‘Bench’ hosted three sold out pop-ups in some of their favourite independent businesses around Sheffield, focussing on communal drinking and dining, with the food centred around open fire cooking, and the drinks closing the divide between bar and kitchen, always sharing and pairing ingredients.
Join us for a night of eclectic drinks and music (and of course some Lyan-fun) with Bench at Lyaness on Sunday 26 September from 5pm.
Sunday Lyan x The Gate
The Gate describes itself as a “Modern Pub” showcasing the best of Scottish hospitality. They believe that hospitality can break down into two simplified avenues: give people what they want, and introduce them to something new. This goes for service and in the offering, as The Gate (same as we do at Lyaness) strives to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, creating something exciting as well as constantly looking at community led events that help grow the area.
Join us for a taste of true Scottish hospitality (and some Lyan-fun) with The Gate at Lyaness on Sunday 24 October from 5pm.
